At Rue & Ziffra, our case managers are at the heart of every case that our attorneys work on. Every one of our case managers has years of experience and expertise in personal injury case management. They are highly respected by their peers and our attorneys.
Amber Mulvenna
Litigation Case Manager
Amber started as a receptionist with Rue & Ziffra back in 2010. Since then, she has gained experience as a case manager for many of the attorneys at the firm. In her current role, she assists our attorneys in filing bodily injury lawsuits.
Ashley Holmes
Case Manager
Ashley began with the firm as Receptionist in February 2019 then Legal Assistant to Allan Ziffra in April 2019. Became a Case Manager to David Sweat and Allan Ziffra in March/April 2022. Responsibilities include preparing Pre-Suit Bodily Injury cases with detail, from treatment to settlement along with meeting & setting up new clients, and assisting the firm wherever needed. Raised in South and Central Florida for the last 30 years, graduating in New Smyrna Beach. Proud mother of an awesome boy! Enjoys spending free time making memories with friends & family, being outdoors fishing & swimming, as well as traveling & attending concerts. Passionate about assisting our clients through life altering experiences, and always evolving in my field.
Briana Durgin
Workers’ Compensation Case Manager
Briana joined Rue & Ziffra in 2017 as a legal assistant and has worked her way to Workers’ Compensation Case Manager. She assists the Workers’ Compensation Attorneys with all aspects of the case handling from intake through settlement. She has been a Volusia County resident since 2011 after moving to Florida from Massachusetts. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time and doing adventurous activities with her son and Fiancé.
Brittany Ferreira
Spanish Case Manager
Brittany Ferreira started with the firm in 2016 as a legal assistant and worked her way to case manager. Brittany is bilingual in English & Spanish. Brittany’s primary job functions consist of communication with clients, decision-making and problem-solving, monitoring, and evaluating claims. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends.
Charlee Gallagher
Case Manager
Charlee is a personal injury case manager for Attorney Matthew Mitchell. Responsible for handling various aspects of client matters, Charlee has proven her dedication to her position at our firm as well as her drive to learn multiple facets of the legal profession.
Chrissy Jones
Social Security Disability Case Manager
Chrissy is our Social Security Disability Case Manager for both Attorney Luis Gracia and our firm’s Disability Advocate Christina Ehrenkaufer. She obtained her Paralegal degree from Daytona State in 2005. She is responsible for handling various aspects of the daily tasks and strives to help her clients in any way she can. Chrissy joined our firm after working in the medical billing field and uses her gained knowledge from her previous job to assist her clients. Chrissy has been a resident of the area for 33 years and is happy to call it home. She spends her spare time with family and friends, and on art projects.
Diane Carpenter
Litigation Case Manager
Diane joined Rue & Ziffra in April of 2014. She has been a resident in Port Orange for over 20 years and graduated from Seabreeze Highschool. She has worked as a legal secretary/assistant for over 25 years and is an active volunteer for several animal rescues.
Janet Robinson
Executive Workers’ Compensation Manager
Janet Robinson brought 20 years of workers’ compensation experience with her when she joined the personal injury Law Firm of Rue & Ziffra in 2013. As a workers’ compensation paralegal and case manager, Mrs. Robinson not only assists the Workers’ Compensation Attorneys with all aspects of case handling from intake to client relations through to trial and settlement, she also handles all aspects of case handling for the firm’s VA claims.
Jeanne Richter
Litigation Case Manager
Jeanne rejoined the firm in July 2022 as a Pre-Suit Case Manager and Litigation Case Manager after previously working with our firm where she began her career from 2001 to 2007. Since beginning her career in 2001, she has had the opportunity to work in many different areas of law. Her experience encompasses areas of law including personal injury, workers’ compensation, family law, civil litigation, social security disability, and criminal defense and brings to our firm over 22 years of experience in the legal field. Jeanne was born and raised in Volusia County and relocated to Flagler County in 2005.
Jennifer Jenkins
Case Manager
Jennifer has been with the firm for 10 years assisting Attorney Gracia with all types of personal injury cases. Before working with Rue & Ziffra, she worked at an insurance company for many years handling automobile and injury claims. She has been a resident of this area for over 30 years and enjoys assisting people with their injury claims.
Kassandra Dropulich
Case Manager
Kassandra joined Rue & Ziffra in 2021 as a personal injury legal assistant and worked her way to case manager. She has lived in the area all her life. Outside of work, she enjoys going on adventures and spending time with her family.
Katie Greene
Litigation Case Manager
Katie has been in the personal injury field since 2020, starting as a paralegal while pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Legal Studies Minor at The University of Central Florida, graduating class of 21’. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and pursuing her passion to become an attorney, devoting her time studying for Law School.
Kaylie Reister
Case Manager
Kaylie joined the firm in 2022 as a legal assistant in our Palm Coast office. Before moving to Florida in November of 2021, she worked for a real estate tax attorney for 2 years in her hometown of Yorktown, Virginia. Once joining Rue & Ziffra, she quickly moved from Legal Assistant to Pre-Suite Case Manager in late 2023. She works hard to provide the best experience for all of our clients and help them through the matters leading them to Rue & Ziffra. Kaylie spends her free time traveling and visiting family/friends as much as possible.
Lisa Snipes
Executive Litigation Manager
Lisa assists all the attorneys with their high-level, complex personal injury cases, including motorcycle accidents, automobile accidents, and death cases. She assists with all aspects of the firm from pre-suit cases and high-level litigation trials.
Lori Casey
Senior Case Manager
Lori joined the law firm in June of 1997 as a litigation case manager overseeing the litigation department. She obtained her paralegal degree from Daytona Beach Community College in December 1993. Over the years, Lori has performed and assisted with many different roles within the firm, but for the last 20 she has worked full-time in our demand department. She is responsible for drafting these pre-suit documents for all the attorneys in our firm by explaining the facts of the accident/incident, reviewing and summarizing voluminous medical records, and explaining the losses our clients have suffered as a result of others negligence. In her spare time, Lori assists her husband in their rental business as well as loves spending time with her husband and two adult children, outdoor activities, and traveling.
Nichole Nicholson
Case Manager
Nichole has been a paralegal for nearly 30 years. She obtained her paralegal degree from Daytona State College in 1991. Nichole worked for many years handling insurance defense for workers’ compensation claims but now focuses only on plaintiff personal injury work. Nichole has been with the firm since January 10, 2007. She began as a legal assistant in our workers’ compensation department and she now holds the position of a case manager handling personal injury pre-suit and litigation files for our attorneys, Edward S. Rue and Kim E. Bouck.
Shannon Peterson
Executive Pre-Suit Manager
Shannon has been with Rue & Ziffra since 2009. She is a case manager for Attorney Luis Gracia and handles all of his pre-litigation cases from beginning to end. Her interests outside of work are anything to do with the outdoors and spending time with her family.
Susan Jones
Senior Case Manager
Sue joined the firm in 2016 and is a Florida Registered Paralegal with over 35 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and loves going camping and fishing with her husband and their dog Bodhi. Sue also enjoys singing, playing guitar, and writing, and performing her music.
Terri Giuffrida
Case Manager
Ms. Giuffrida has been a paralegal in the Daytona Beach area for nearly 35 years. She obtained her paralegal degree from Daytona State College and is also a graduate of Berkeley College. She handles the firm’s medical malpractice files, federal litigation, and long-term disability cases. Ms. Giuffrida is an active member of the Volusia/Flagler Association for Women Lawyers. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
