At Rue & Ziffra, Our Case Managers are at the heart of every case that our attorneys work on. Every one of our Case Managers have years of experience and expertise in personal injury case management. They are highly respected but their peers and our attorneys.
Litigation Case Manager
Amber started as a receptionist with Rue & Ziffra back in 2010. Since then, she has gained experience as a case manager for many of the attorneys at the firm. In her current role, she assists our attorneys in filing bodily injury lawsuits.
Andrea Walton is a Case Manager for Allan Ziffra. She has been with the firm since 2017, where she quickly progressed from Legal Assistant to Case Manager. She handles the daily tasks of meeting with clients (current and new), helps to draft demand packages, and negotiating with insurance companies to provide our clients with the best outcomes. She has lived in the Volusia Co. area since 2009 and has a vast knowledge of the community we live in. Originally from Virginia, she and her two daughters love the outdoors and are constantly on the go to the next exciting adventure.
Spanish Case Manager
Brittany Ferreira started with the firm in 2016 as a legal assistant and worked her way to Case Manager. Brittany is bilingual in English & Spanish. Brittany’s primary job functions consist of communication with clients, decision making and problem- solving ,monitoring and evaluating claims. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends.
Charlee is a personal injury case manager for Attorney Matthew Mitchell. Responsible for handling various aspects of client matters, Charlee has proven her dedication to her position at our firm as well as her drive to learn multiple facets of the legal profession.
With more than five years of experience, Danica approaches her work from a balanced, knowledgeable, and passionate perspective. She understands how to best serve her clients by viewing each case as unique and equally important. She is extremely hardworking, has great communication skills, and is very detail-oriented.
Litigation Case Manager
Diane joined Rue & Ziffra in April of 2014. She has been a resident in Port Orange for over 20 years and graduated from Seabreeze Highschool. She has worked as a legal secretary / assistant for over 25 years, as well as being an active volunteer for several animal rescues.
Workers' Compensation Case Manager
Janet Robinson brought 20 years of workers’ compensation experience with her when she joined the personal injury Law Firm of Rue & Ziffra in 2013. As a workers’ compensation paralegal and case manager, Mrs. Robinson not only assists the Workers’ Compensation Attorneys with all aspects of case handling, from intake to client relations through to trial and settlement, she also handles all aspects of case handling for the firm’s VA claims.
Jennifer has been with the firm for 10 years assisting Attorney Gracia with all types of personal injury cases. Prior to working with Rue & Ziffra, she worked at an insurance company for many years handling automobile and injury claims. She has been a local resident of this area for over 30 years and enjoys assisting people with their injury claims.
Social Security Case Manager
Jenniffer Blissett has been with the firm since August of 2010. Currently, she holds the position of Case Manager and oversees the Social Security Disability department. As a case manager, she strives to make sure every detail is accounted for to ensure success for each client. Jenniffer resides in Port Orange with her loving husband she has two sons one of which is currently serving our country as a United State Marine.
Litigation Case Manager
Lisa assists all the attorneys with their high level, complex personal injury cases, including motorcycle accidents, automobile accidents, and death cases. She assists with all aspects of the firm from pre-suit cases and high level litigation trials.
Senior Case Manager
Lori has been with Rue & Ziffra for over 30 years. Lori’s vast experience in the personal injury field provides clients with exceptional service and professional knowledge. She enjoys working with clients one on one to help resolve those matters most important to them.
Nichole has been a paralegal for nearly 30 years. She obtained her paralegal degree from Daytona State College in 1991. Nichole worked for many years handling insurance defense for workers’ compensation claims but now focus only on plaintiff personal injury work. Nichole has been with the firm since January 10, 2007. She began as a legal assistant in our workers’ compensation department and she now holds the position of a case manager handling personal injury pre-suit and litigation files for our attorneys, Edward S. Rue and Kim E. Bouck.
Shannon has been with Rue & Ziffra since 2009. She is a case manager for Attorney Luisa Gracia and handles all of his pre-litigation cases from beginning to the end. Her interests outside of work is anything to do with the outdoors and spending time with her family.
Sue joined the firm in 2016 and is a Florida Registered Paralegal with over 35 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and loves going camping and fishing with her husband and their dog Bodhi. Sue also enjoys singing, playing guitar and writing and performing her own music.
Ms. Giuffrida has been a paralegal in the Daytona Beach area for nearly 35 years. She obtained her paralegal degree from Daytona State College and is also a graduate of Berkeley College. She handles the firm’s medical malpractice files, federal litigation, and long term disability cases. Ms. Giuffrida is an active member of the Volusia/Flagler Association for Women Lawyers. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Theresa has been with Rue & Ziffra since 2018 and handles cases in our Palm Coast office. She is the mother of a beautiful daughter and currently resides in sunny Palm Coast. She has a passion for traveling and loves to laugh. Theresa absolutely loves what she does.
