Our Community Involvement

As long-time supporters of the local riding community and to all veterans who served our country, Rue & Ziffra is proud to continue to sponsor the Memorial Day Ride for a third year, which is being held by VEMA (Veteran Enforcers Motorcycle Association) and the City of Deltona. Taking place on May 23rd, 2026 at 11 am, this event will start at Deltona City Hall and end at Ob’s Restaurant & Lounge. This event is particularly meaningful to Rue & Ziffra as they have been partners and supporters of VEMA since their first riding event and they remain connected to their local Spanish community of bikers.

Taking place on May 30th, 2026 at Dewey Boster Park, Rue & Ziffra sponsors the upcoming Summer Safety Fair hosted by the City of Deltona and Deltona Strong. This family-friendly event will have events for all ages, including a BMX performance, helmet giveaways, raffles and community safety resources. Learn more here.

The March to Stop Suicide at Jeep Beach took place on April 19th, 2026 at Daytona International Speedway. This event is a 98 minute and 8 second march to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. Rue & Ziffra is proud to support such an important cause, and they look forward to continuing to support this organization’s future events. Learn more about this cause and make a donation here.

Hosted by Daytona Dodge, Rue & Ziffra will sponsor the upcoming Annual Golf for Kids’ Sake Invitational which will take place on June 26th, 2026. In its 13th year, the Golf For Kids Sake event promises a great day of fun for all involved and, in doing so, will provide needed funding for local youth charities. Previous year’s recipients of this fundraiser include Food Brings Hope, the Halifax Health Adolescent Behavioral Center, the Alabama Institute for the Deaf & Blind, the NASCAR Foundation, the New Smyrna Quarter Midget Racing Association and the Race to Stop Suicide. Organized by the Volusia Hispanic Association, Rue & Ziffra was excited to support the 2025 Latin Festival which took place on September 20th. The festival had live performances from Alex El Bizcochito, Juni Ramos, Javi Marrero and many other artists. This event was also packed with food, vendors and activities. Rue & Ziffra looks forward to the upcoming 30th Latin Festival on September 19th, 2026.

Rue & Ziffra is proud to support the community through events like the Saddle Up for St. Jude Poker Run, bringing people together for a meaningful cause. In partnership with local sponsors and the Iron Horse Saloon, this annual event raises funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Now in its fourth year, the initiative continues to grow, driven by the dedication of volunteers and community members. Together, these efforts help make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families in need.

Rue & Ziffra is proud to serve as the Official Motorcycle Attorneys of Biketoberfest, taking place October 15–18, 2026 in Daytona Beach. This iconic four-day rally brings together motorcycle enthusiasts from across the country for live entertainment, scenic rides, and a shared passion for the open road. Through their continued involvement, Rue & Ziffra supports the riding community while helping promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all who attend.

Rue & Ziffra was proud to support community initiatives like the City of Deltona Back-to-School Event, which helps local families prepare for the upcoming school year through essential resources and services. Hosted by the Volusia Hispanic Association, along with The City of Deltona, the event brings together organizations and volunteers to provide free school supplies, backpacks, immunizations, and haircuts, ensuring students start the year confident and ready to learn. Designed to uplift and support the community, this initiative reflects a shared commitment to education, well-being, and creating opportunities for children and families to succeed.

Rue & Ziffra was proud to support the Lakeside Jazz Festival, held April 17–18, 2026 in Oviedo, Florida. As one of the premier free jazz festivals in Central Florida, the event brings together renowned artists, student ensembles, and music lovers for a weekend of live performances and cultural celebration. Through its continued involvement, Rue & Ziffra helps foster community connection while supporting the arts and creating memorable experiences for attendees of all ages.

The attorneys at Rue & Ziffra support the Volusia Sheriff’s regularly, also known as the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranchers. Their mission is to help develop empowered young men and women who face life with a sense of direction, ability and hope. This organization regularly holds events, including open barrel racing practice, fundraisers, fishing tournaments, and much more.

In collaboration with organizations like Easter Seals Northeast Central Florida, Rue & Ziffra champions access to essential developmental care for children and families. These provide essential services for children and families, including developmental assessments, screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and pediatric therapies. Investing in youth-centered justice initiatives, Rue & Ziffra supports Teen Court within the 7th Judicial Circuit of Florida, which provides young individuals with an alternative approach to the justice system focused on accountability, education, and growth. Celebrating local culture and connection, Rue & Ziffra takes part in events such as the Spring Brew & Food Festival, which is being held June 12–13, 2026, at Riverwalk Park in Port Orange. Hosted by the Port Orange Community Trust, this annual event brings together local vendors, food, craft beverages, and entertainment in a lively setting designed to connect the community and celebrate local culture. Through its involvement, Rue & Ziffra helps support initiatives that enrich the community while creating opportunities for residents and visitors to come together and enjoy a vibrant shared experience.

ME STRONG 5K events reflect Rue & Ziffra’s dedication to community-centered initiatives that inspire resilience and collective support in the fight against cancer. Through a combination of community spirit, fitness, and fundraising, these events help generate critical resources that directly assist those undergoing treatment, with proceeds benefiting local cancer support programs.

Events like the Foundations to Freedom Havana Nights Fundraiser align with Rue & Ziffra’s commitment to supporting second chances through structured recovery and community support. Held on March 21, this event focuses on helping individuals struggling with substance use build structured, sustainable life plans. Through community-driven fundraising events, Foundations to Freedom provides resources, guidance, and support systems that empower individuals on their path to recovery and long-term stability.

Through its partnership with the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit, Rue & Ziffra supports efforts that enhance safety and strengthen community trust. With demonstrations and community engagement events, residents have the opportunity to see firsthand the skill, discipline, and partnership between deputies and their K-9 counterparts. These initiatives not only showcase the capabilities of the unit but also help strengthen trust and connection between law enforcement and the community.

With an emphasis on hands-on learning, Rue & Ziffra supports the Teen Safety Driving School event, which takes place on October 3rd, 2026. This event’s purpose is to build awareness and confidence in young drivers. Through interactive training and real-world driving scenarios from the help of supporting partnerships, The Daytona International Speedway and Daytona Dodge, participants learn how to handle emergencies, avoid collisions, and understand the risks of distracted driving.

The Provision Packs River Scramble highlights Rue & Ziffra’s commitment to initiatives that address hunger and provide meaningful support to local families. Held on April 25, this event brings people together in a unique and engaging way to raise awareness and support for children facing food insecurity. Through a combination of fundraising activities, entertainment, and interactive experiences, the event helps generate critical resources to provide meals for local children in need. By supporting initiatives focused on compassion and community impact, Rue & Ziffra continues its commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of families it serves.
