Roman Diveev

Born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, this Russian-speaking attorney has been a part of the personal injury law firm of Rue & Ziffra since 2016. Primarily experienced in personal injury cases of all sorts, Mr. Diveev strives to utilize his skill set to provide his clients quality and well-tuned representation. Partner Darren Coleman and Mr. Diveev handle the majority of workers’ compensation cases within Rue & Ziffra. Prior to joining Rue & Ziffra, Mr. Diveev had personal injury, immigration, and general civil litigation experience with several Orlando law firms. Mr. Diveev has recovered many six-figure settlements for his clients over the years, including for clients whose workers’ compensation claims were totally denied. 

 Mr. Diveev graduated Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida in 3 years. While he was there, Mr. Diveev specialized in Comparative and International Law. Soon after, he attended the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. While in law school, Mr. Diveev specialized in Intellectual Property Law. In 2015, he received a Book Award for his performance in Admiralty and Maritime Law. 

 Mr. Diveev is admitted to the Florida Bar and is eligible to practice in all Florida State Courts, Mr. Diveev presently holds memberships with the Volusia County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Florida Workers’ Advocates, and National Organization of Veteran’s Advocates. Mr. Diveev regularly practices in the Division of Administrative Hearings within the Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims. Mr. Diveev is a Veterans Affairs accredited attorney. 

Mr. Diveev is an avid motorcycle rider. In his spare time, Mr. Diveev works on cars and motorcycles, dabbles in music, and spends time with friends and family.
